ctivision will reveal its Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of
Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer modes at the Call of Duty XP
fan event in September—and not at E3 next week.
Fans attending the September 2–4 event in Los Angeles, California
will be the first to go hands on with both multiplayer modes, as well as
Call of Duty: Black Ops III's next downloadable content. The publisher
will also have its Call of Duty VR experience on site, as well as
live-action events like Nuketown paintball and Zombies laser tag.
Dedicated Call of Duty panels featuring developers Infinity Ward,
Treyarch, and Sledgehammer Games will also happen throughout the event.
Activision is planning an onsite Call of Duty armory and franchise
museum for fans to explore.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 am PT on June 11. For $50, attendees
will receive general admission to three days of the Call of Duty World
League Championship—also taking place during the event—and access to all
Call of Duty XP activities.
For $130, attendees will get everything listed above, and the $80 Legacy edition of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, along with a Call of Duty XP care package.
Those willing to throw down $200 will receive scheduled access to
activities and gameplay, VIP lines, player meet and greets, a parking
pass, and premium seating at the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
multiplayer reveal and World League Championship events. Prestige pass
holders will also get the $100 Digital Deluxe edition of Call of Duty:
Infinite Warfare and a Call of Duty XP swag bag.
All ticket levels will include "bonus digital content" for Call of Duty: Black Ops III and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Those who can't attend can watch live on YouTube or Twitch.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released on November 4.
